Pacific Property is the name the Clarke family markets its property under. The buildings advertised here are owned by the IW & AJ Clarke Family Trust, and Ross Clarke manages the portfolio and is handling these sales himself.

The family has owned property in Katikati for forty years, and the portfolio has both commercial and residential, in and around the town.

There is no agency campaign and no auction date, which means you deal directly with the person who knows the buildings, the tenants and the leases.

Because the sale is direct, the information is too. Ask for the information pack on any property and a confidentiality agreement comes back to you by return email — it is between you and the trust. Once it is signed and returned, the full file follows: leases, outgoings, title and the rest of it. Nothing is held back for a second conversation.
